With heavy hearts wee announce the peaceful passing of Annetta Luciani while surrounded by her family on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at the age of 95. She is now reunited with her late husband Giuseppe Luciani. Beloved mother of Joanne (Sam) and cherished nonna to Michael (Katie) and Nicholas. Annetta was a hard working and dedicated wife and mother. She loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. She will be remembered for her love of flowers and her sweets, and will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Special appreciation is extended to the nursing staff of 8 West at Humber River Regional Hospital for their compassionate care. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Sunday from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at All Saints Catholic Church (1415 Royal York Road) on Monday, March 25, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery.
