Passed away surrounded by her loving family at the Brampton Civic Hospital, on June 14, 2019. Cherished wife of Charles, of almost 51 years. Loving mother of Sharon (Ricardo), Robert, Lori (William). Loving Nana to Sienna and Chloe Gomes. Loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Will be missed by “Thunder”, “Jellybean” and “J.J.”. Bernadette cherished the love of her family and friends, and will be dearly missed by all who loved her. Family and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday June 19, 2019 at the Ward Funeral Home, 52 Main Street South, Brampton, from 2 to 4 pm, and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 66A Main Street South, Brampton, on Thursday June 20, 2019 at 10:30 am. Interment at Meadowvale Cemetery. Donations in Bernadette’s memory to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by her family.
