Passed away peacefully with her loving family at her side on Tuesday July 16, 2019 at the age of 85. Proud mother of Santa (Lorenzo) and Rita (Tim). Cherished Nonna of Frank, Darryl (Jennifer), Luisa (Daniel) and Michael (Robin). Loving great grandmother of Marcus, Camden, Arrow, Tyler, Lucas, Navy and Benjamin.
Nelda will be sadly missed by her many family and friends here and in Italy. She has been reunited with her beloved husband Sabatino.
Mom you were the best mother, grandmother and great grandmother anyone could ask for, we love you now and forever.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at St. Roch’s Roman Catholic Church,2889 Islington Ave, (North of Finch Ave), Toronto,at 10:00am. Entombment to follow at Glendale Cemetery. As expression of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimers Society would be appreciated.
