Passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at the Scarborough Health Network at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Joanne. Loving father of Steve (Debra) Norbury. Dear brother in law of Jean Baldwin. He will be sadly missed by his extended family and friends here and in Germany. At Emil’s request no visitation or service will be held.
