Passed away peacefully at his home in Toronto on Sunday March 22nd, 2020 at the age of 88.
Loving husband of Elizabeth Celestine. Cherished grandfather of Elizabeth-Christina Anjel. Predeceased by his son Frank Jr. Survived by his sister Esme of Trinidad, and by his brother-in-law Reginald Blanc and his wife Shiuling, and close friend Carl James. Frank will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road Toronto on Friday from 2:30 to 4:30pm. Funeral service in the chapel on Saturday at 10:30am. Interment to follow at Sanctuary Park Cemetery. Memorial donations made to the charity Prostate Cancer Canada would be greatly appreciated by the family.
