September 19, 1925 - March 22, 2020
Ruth passed away in her own home, on March 22, 2020, in her 95th year.
Predeceased by her cherished husband John Irving Stewart (2016). Survived by her loving children, Jane LaBelle (Bob), Joan Riest (Dale - deceased), and Douglas Stewart ( Joanne). Devoted grandmother to Andrew and Matthew Riest, and Robyn LaBelle. Ruth also will be missed by her sister Norma Davidson.
Our mother lived life filled with compassion and an inner strength of will and faith. These traits will live on in anyone who knew her. Ruth will be cremated, and because of the times, there will be a Celebration of Life, at a later date for all family and friends.
