Obituary for Caterina Colantonio
It is with great sadness that the family of Caterina Colantonio share the news of her peaceful passing on May 15th, 2020 at the age of 79. Loving mother to Marianne Sarris, doting grandmother to Desirée, and cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her beloved husband Frank (2004) and son Marco (2001).
Caterina was a vibrant woman who loved to socialize with friends and go for long walks with her darling dog Bronson. Another favourite pastime for Caterina was shopping; she was known at the “Lady of Market Lane” and her friends there will miss her joyful company. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Due to the current restrictions, a private family service will be taking place.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing can make a donation to the Alzheimer’s Foundation in Caterina’s name.
