The family of Donald Lubitz is sad to announce his passing at Extendicare Brampton, in Brampton Ontario, at the age of 88. Donald was predeceased by his loving wife Jean Elizabeth (nee Gahan) and his oldest son Dale Lubitz of Toronto.

Donald was born in Pembroke Ontario, married and had six children: sons Dale (predeceased Toronto), Conrad (Toronto), Greg (Brampton), Brent (Renfrew) and Wayne (Oakville). His loving daughter Nancy, resides in Australia.

Loving family members include his grandchildren, Tracey (husband Matt) and Andy (wife Ty), all from Australia, Tianna (husband Andrew - Pembroke, daughter of Brent), Paige (daughter of Dale and Donna), and Mitchell (son of Wayne and Katherine). Great grandchildren Isla, Callum and Chase (daughter and sons of Tracey and Matt – Australia).Daughter in-laws Donna (wife of Dale), Katherine (wife of Wayne) and son in-law, John (husband of Nancy).

Donald moved the family to Arnprior, Ontario and was a long-time Store Manager with A & P Stores for over 40 years. He retired with A & P Stores in Brampton, Ontario.

Donald was a loving and devoted husband, a caring father, a very proud grandfather/great grandfather and a wonderful neighbour/friend to all who knew him.

He will be deeply missed by all.
